The peitoque is a percussion instrument that is made of two round pieces, in this case of fiber, although they can also be made of wood. It is designed to hang around the neck and strike with your fingers. It is struck in the front part and the rear part that is based on the thorax, acts as a resonance box. Produces a sound similar to the castanet. It includes an Allen key with which the separation of the two pieces can be adjusted. It is made in Spain by Sito Carracedo.
