If you play it with the drumstick on the side that has hair, they sound less harmonic (more defined sound), but the sound with the hand on the other side is still sharp.
Shaker made of plastic and natural skin. They can produce different patterns and pitch can be controlled by pressing harder or lighter on their skin surface. Usually played together to create a talking effect, they can be used for call and answer patterns in addition to standard shaker parts
Tam Tam Gong 25cm
Tam Tam gongs have a curved edge, which makes them have a more concentrated sound, not as expansive as Feng gongs.
They have 3 zones with different colors and thicknesses. The center and the rim are black and a central golden area is lowered and therefore finer.

Macrame lattice with seeds or wooden beads enclosing a hollow gourd, 2 models, different sizes. Used by many percussion ensembles in Ghana, Cameroon, Nigeria etc. to energize their rhythms. A sound range from murmur to the roaring sea.
