It is possible to modulate the sounds of this whistle by blowing air more or less strongly through the mouthpiece.

Sansula Renaissance is a wonderful instrument based on the African kalimba. Starting from this original instrument, Hokema has placed the kalimba suspended from a membrane that has the effect of extend the duration of the sound and amplifying the sound in a natural way.
